At GrowBeyond, we carefully prepare and ship each order with intention and care. Below you’ll find all information regarding shipping times, costs, and international deliveries.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or Greek public holidays.
  • During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Greece.

3. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • 5–10 business days

🌍 International (Outside the EU)

  • 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or local conditions beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Order weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply
  • These charges are not included in your order total
  • The customer is responsible for any additional fees charged by customs authorities

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

6. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

GrowBeyond cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
