All orders are processed within 1β3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or Greek public holidays.
- During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
2. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Greece.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

- 7β20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Order weight
- Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
- Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply
- These charges are not included in your order total
- The customer is responsible for any additional fees charged by customs authorities

6. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
GrowBeyond cannot be held responsible for:
- Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
