Return & Refund Policy

At GrowBeyond, we want you to feel confident and cared for when ordering from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help β€” while also ensuring hygiene, safety, and legal clarity.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

2. Products Excluded from Returns

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following items once they have been opened or used:

Essential oil rollers, Aromatherapy or wellness products, Any product with a broken seal or signs of use

This applies even within the 14-day withdrawal period and is fully compliant with EU law regarding sealed goods.

3. Conditions for Accepted Returns

We accept returns only if:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item is returned in resalable condition
  • You notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • The return is shipped back within 14 days after notification

Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.

4. Return Process

  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

In these cases, we will:

  • Replace the item or
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping, where applicable)

8. International Orders (Non-EU)

For customers outside the EU:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for opened or used products
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
  • Undelivered or refused packages due to customs are not eligible for refunds
